The U column is mostly about the down side of business, court-ordered liquidations but also voluntary liquidations. To make reading of the columns more manageable, they will be cut into sections of about 100 lines, which print out to 3 pages.

The Auckland High Court liquidations list was heard early this week, Tuesday instead of Thursday, by Associate Judge Graham Lang. Items arising from that list are in parts 2-4 of this week’s U column.
